Dr. Saltzman is a primary health care professional who has completed the Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) which is a leading education and research facility. Prior to earning her Doctor of Chiropractic, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina. While attending school in the U.S, Dr. Saltzman was awarded a four year tennis scholarship and was also listed amongst the “Who’s Who of Students in American Colleges and Universities”.

Trained utilizing the Functional Integrated Therapy (F.I.T) approach, Dr. Saltzman is able to help mainstream patients and athletes of all levels to optimize function, improve performance and promote quality of life. With Dr. Saltzman’s treatments, movement dysfunctions and joint restrictions are resolved using this advanced assessment and treatment approach.

With a decade of experience working in sports and rehabilitation, Dr. Saltzman puts a great emphasis on continuing education and constantly seeks out the best methodologies and techniques to get her patients results.Over the past number of years Dr. Saltzman has been fortunate to work with numerous athletes ranging from amateur to professional. Dr. Saltzman has been the Medical Trainer for Triple A Hockey teams in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) including the Toronto Marlboro’s, has worked with NHL players at the Biosteel 2014 training camp, and most recently Dr. Saltzman has been a member of the Tennis Medical Team for the Pan-Am Games 2015. Dr. Saltzman still actively loves playing tennis and is currently training in the gym and on court to prepare for upcoming competitions and events.
