The ESSAY/STORY subject is "HOW WILL WINNING OUR HOUSE BENEFIT YOU"

All ESSAYS/STORIES entered will be opened by an UNBIASED 3rd Party who will
LOG ALL Submissions with a Corresponding Catalogue Number and remove any
identifying Characteristics from the ESSAYS/STORIES as to the AUTHORS
INDENTITY so that we the homeowners can JUDGE BY COMPARRISON WITH
OTHER SUBMISSIONS each ESSAY/STORY, BLINDLY and SOLELY on the SUBJECT
MATTER without any chance of favouritism.

Essays will NOT be judged on grammar, spelling etc. and can be of whatever
length the Author feels is required to convey THEIR STORY clearly.

The house is a move in condition 2400 sq ft 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Brick
Ranch Home with a Double Attached Garage, finished basement with family room,
office/bar area,2nd bathroom and laundry, high efficiency gas furnace and
cental air located on approx 3/4 of an acre landscaped lot.
The property consists of perennial gardens, a water feature garden,
2 outbuildings (1 serviced), and a 27' Solar heated pool with wrap around deck.

A MINIMUM of 3000 ESSAYS/STORYS must be received by April 30,2014 at
which time the Winning Essay will be awarded the house (Approx. Value $300,000).
There will NO EXTENSIONS.

Appliances and Window Coverings can be included if desired by the winner.
All Taxes and Transfer fees will be paid by the current homeowners.
There WILL be a HOME INSPECTION done prior to the awarding of the home
and ALL necessary repairs will be done by the homeowners.

By submitting your ESSAY/STORY along with your ENTRY FEE, you are agreeing
that if your ESSAY/STORY is deemed the winner you will be AWARDED the house
with FULL MEDIA COVERAGE.

In the event the target of 3000 entries is NOT met by April 30,2014 entry fees
will be returned to the submitters minus the cost of processing (approx $7 cdn)
which includes us purchasing money orders, stamps and envelopes.

Entry fees will be held on deposit at a local bank until Contest
closes April 30,2014

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO ANYONE/ANYWHERE EXCEPT TO
ANYONE KNOWN PERSONALLY BY THE HOMEOWNERS
AND RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC.

The Facebook page will be monitored by the 3rd party so that
the homeowners can focus solely on the essays.
