Exhale Fitness Studio

Exhale Fitness provides a space for affordable fitness in The Highlands. We offer all of the machines you need to do your workouts in a relaxed setting in downtown Haliburton with a beautiful view overlooking the park. We believe that physical fitness provides an avenue for mental health, which is important to us.

We are a members only gym, and our members have 24/7 access to work out at their convenience.

Memberships are $50 a month, or if you are just visiting you can sign up to be a "per swipe" user at $10 per swipe. If those prices are out of reach, we are interested in brining fitness to everyone so contact us to see what we can do for you.
