Exhale Therapy Services

Exhale Therapy Services offers counselling services for children, youth, and adults. There are also ongoing workshops offered for those dealing with anxiety and/or depression. Jen uses a mindfulness approach and yoga therapeutic techniques to stabilize and ground individuals.
