The Canadian Cancer Society Face Off Against Cancer is an annual charity hockey tournament that takes the fight against cancer to the ice.

This is the 1st annual Canadian Cancer Society Face Off Against Cancer in Fort Saskatchewan.This weekend-long event is open to hockey enthusiasts of all skill levels. Breakfast and late night snacks will be provided to all participating players.

Face Off Against Cancer hopes to raise $50,000 for the fight for life.This money is needed to fight back against the toll cancer continues to take – two in five Canadians are expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetimes.
