Farmhouse Shabby Furnishings

I moved into a new home in 2014 and as a single mom of 2 teenage boys, I couldn't afford to buy furniture of the quality and style that I really wanted. So I started buying used pieces, and turning them into the showstoppers I couldn't afford. When friends and family saw them, they very quickly started buying up all my work, which led me into a small side business that I do mostly for the love of it, to scratch my creative itch. Most of the pieces I refinish are good quality antiques, better quality than what you buy now, and to me, they carry history, love, and wisdom. I am always interested in requests and ideas, so if you're looking for a certain kind of piece, I'd be happy to hear about it.
