As an AFLCA Fitness Instructor, I aim to provide advice and guidance to anyone in regards to fitness and diet, without the commitment or obligation.
My services include:
GROUP TRAINING: Outdoors, depending on the weather. Weight loss, muscle toning, and raising endurance through various types of exercises including cardiovascular, tabata, and metabolic. Ideal for beginners and intermediate. Working in a small group creates an honest, supportive and trusting environment that you can feel comfortable in and be among friends while having fun for an hour in the sunshine!
1 ON 1 TRAINING: Through individual guidance and a PERSONALIZED exercise plan, you can be sure you are getting an efficient and engaging work-out every time (even easy exercises you can continue to do on your own at home). I will also include nutrition insight in your first session, and offer a full diet plan upon request and consultation; that being said, I do not believe in "dieting" in regards to cutting out all the food you love or cleanses. Instead we will build towards a healthy life-style change to maintain long term, because your health should NOT be a short-term commitment (ie. typical diets/cleanses).
I am in the final step of being fully AFLCA certified, but I am already a group fitness instructor with a club, specialized in spin, boxing, and strength/conditioning classes; I also have my CPR certification and nutrition. But now I want to direct my focus toward those who do not have a gym membership or who need/desire a more personalized, intimate, and affordable experience.
No overwhelming and public gym settings.
Ultimately, a balanced fit and healthy lifestyle can be obtained through one step at a time, making it an easier journey. Get at me ladies if you want to change your lifestyle, or simply up your current routine and build some toned muscle!
