Fiddlehead Care Farm

Fiddlehead Care Farm (FCF) is a therapeutic farm supporting children and youth with special needs. The facility provides nature and animal-assisted therapy, and recreational and learning opportunities for children and youth with developmental, physical and behavioural needs. Located on organic farmland in Mono, Ontario, the serene and calming landscape provides a nurturing environment for therapy, gardening and exploring nature trails.

Our mission is to provide children, youth and young adults with varying abilities and their families the opportunity to learn, experience, and grow without boundaries through innovative animal-assisted therapy and nature-based education, rehabilitation and recreation.

FCF’s vision is to use the healing and calming properties of nature to improve the quality of life and restore the mind, body and spirit.
