Rockout to your favourite tunes cranked way up high so it feels more like a "fitness concert"rather than a boring workout! DanceFit makes you move in ways you've never known your body could do! Let the beat control your body in this heart pumping Cardio Dance class! ***NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!

All POUND classes are $5 or $40 for 30 days! (up to 16 classes)

All DanceFit classes $3 each or get a combo pass for the whole month for $45 including both POUND AND DanceFit!!!

POUND: $40 per class includes (use of) sticks for up to 30 students!! (30 mins)
DanceFit: $30 per class. (45 mins)
Combo (school) session (POUND & DanceFit): $50 (30 mins of both formats, 1 hour total)
