Fit 'n Fierce Athletics

Hi, I'm Candice, sole owner of Fit 'n Fierce Athletics an in person and online personal training & coaching company. I'm a mom of two and have developed my love for fitness over the past 5 years. Just about 2 years ago, I decided to be better able to assist others in their journey, that I would get my certification. From there I obtained my Personal Trainers Certificate through American College of Sports Medicine, then went on to become a Physique & Figure Training Specialist through NESTA last fall and just recently have gotten my Certification as a Sports Nutrition Specialist through ISSA. I have competed so far in two local bikini shows and since then have switched into the figure category, now building for my second figure show coming up this fall at the East Coast Classics.
As a trainer I provide local personal training, partnered sessions and boot-camps. Through my recently developed online personal training software I'm able to coach clients world-wide and help them reach their goals through fitness and nutrition.
