Zumba is a great exercise not only for your body but your brain. It is a dance fitness class that uses latin music (at least 75%) and international rhythms with easy to follow steps. You can burn from 500 to 1000 calories per session !! and the best part is you have so much fun that you don't realize how much you have worked out.
