From adolescents to older adults, FitnessQuest offers age, gender and sports-specific training programs tailored to your physical abilities, health condition, and fitness goals. The Silver Fit Club offers fitness programs for older adults. Our women’s health fitness programs target the unique health concerns of women such as pre-and post-natal fitness, menopause and weight fluctuations that may accompany hormonal changes, osteoarthritis and more. If you’re a competitive athlete, you could benefit from our sports enhancement training. We even offer massage therapy to reduce stress and ease sore muscles after your workout.

New members will receive an initial assessment that enables FitnessQuest experts to customize a fitness program specific to your abilities and goals. They may recommend weight management counseling, personal training or group fitness classes.
