Fit:Thirty’s unique training method and innovative equipment allows trainers to design high intensity workouts that combine strength training, calorie burning cardio and conditioning activities all done in only 30 minutes.

Although personal training is available at the studio, our workouts are completed in a maximum 8 person per class setting. This guarantees participants get results while having fun motivating and challenging their friends.
