Forward Motion Yoga Studio

Founder, Cheryl Ward opened the studio in 2006 with the intention to help individuals find a safe place to practice, a place that witholds judgement, an environment that discourages competition, allowing personal growth and expansion.

Products/Service: Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Flow classes, Meditation courses, introduction to Meditation & a variety of workshops are all offered at this small, serene studio. Compassionate, qualified instructors guide each student individually with a student/teacher ratio of 6-1.
