We are a small group located in British Columbia, Canada. Our core group has been in business for over 15 years with a web based system for career assessment. We decided to take some of our own advice and develop a ‘feel good’ venture for ourselves and everyone who would like to do something more with their photos. Our Founder has a design and manufacturing background to guide us through the process of mold development, injection molding, packaging design and supply line logistics.
We have a technical/admin person who for has managed our web based business for over 10 years and has sourced and set up the e commerce platforms we will need.
We have an experienced direct sales person who has been demonstrating our pre production displays at local wedding, baby and special occasion shows and collecting market test feedback. As a result of this input we have modified our business model to include a design service and the development of a design consultant network for those wanting to establish their own part time business.
From the start of our venture we have also been committed to developing and manufacturing our product line locally. We have many local supplier “partners” covering mold design, injection molding, frame manufacture, graphics, printing, packaging and shipping.
We believe in a ‘team’ approach and are looking forward to developing and supporting a network of Design Consultants who will provide a local service in the communities they are based in. We know our business will develop based on their experiences and input as much as on ours.
