Worldwide Mattress Outlet started out in 1981 in Windsor Ontario selling electronics and in 1983 started their debut in mattresses, waterbeds and waterbed products. From there we grew as a company across Canada and America opening fancy retail locations and serving the public.

We shut down our high cost operating stores and brought business back down to the basics. Instead of opening high end, fancy retail stores in high end locations, we opened clean, operational warehouses and starting chopping our overhead costs and cutting our prices to match.

What is a 90 Night Sleep Guarantee?
We guarantee you a 90 night hassle free exchange on any mattress in our store, from the least expensive to the top-of-the-line, absolutely no minimum price.


Why do you offer a 90 night trial when other mattress companies give only 30 to 60?
After years of sleeping on another mattress, you may need time to adjust to a better support and alignment of a new mattress. We want to be sure that you have the time to get your best night's sleep, every night.

According to sleep experts, the human body needs a good 4-6 weeks to experience the full benefits of a new mattress. This is because a new mattress, in some cases, can actually recondition your back muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments.

This is the main reason behind our 90 night sleep guarantee, to let you become adjusted to your new mattress. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied within 90 days, you can exchange it, no questions asked.


Is this trial available for all your products?
It is available only on mattress purchases. It is not available on adjustable bed frames, metal frames, pillows, cushions, sheets, toppers or custom sizes.



What if I want to purchase a different bed?
You are allowed what you paid for your mattress towards any other mattress in the store. Subsequent payment is required for a mattress of higher value. No credit will be given for an exchanged mattress of lesser value. If the factory law labels have been removed, Mattress Outlet will not take the mattress back under any circumstances. Stains and topical damage void the 90 Night Sleep Guarantee.

HOW IT WORKS
When a qualifying mattress protector is purchased from us (ask in store for more details) your mattress is covered by our 90 night sleep guarantee exchange policy.

The exchange is a one for one exchange, for any mattress we carry.

If you're unsatisfied in the first 90 nights after your purchase, call us. Our experienced staff will work with you to answer your questions and resolve your concerns.

When the mattress is brought back, it must be in new condition, free of any wear, dirt, hair, stains or smells (purfume, smoke, etc).

The mattress must be returned wrapped in plastic and cardboard for protection during shipment. All associated transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
