Why do YOU train?
We train to be stronger, healthier, happier, and, oh yes we train to beat the soul beside us. We believe in results, commitment and sacrifice but yet we understand the challenges we face in everyday life that put a demand on our time: family, work, lifestyle, etc. Every second of every minute of every hour is valuable.
Our strategy is simple. Firstly, we are creating a training facility with a diverse combination of physical challenges. These challenges mimic the real life physical and mental demands of daily life. Secondly, our custom designed programs, aptly named Seriously Efficient Training Sets (S.E.T.S) will be specifically aimed at getting the most done in the least amount of time. These S.E.T.S are geared towards a results based culture that embraces Free Run’s triad for success. This triad encompasses a balanced approach to mental, physical and cardiovascular strength which, we strongly believe, is the basis for a resilient foundation for facing those daily challenges.
