Fresh Ascent Renovations

My name is Zbynek Razima and I am the owner and operator of Fresh Ascent Renovations. As my name is difficult to pronounce I ask people to call me Zee.

I am from the Czech Republic but my love of the ocean and the mountains brought me to BC in 2011. Shortly after moving here I met my wife and in 2015 we made Squamish our home. Our life got even better when we welcomed our daughter Opal to the world. We are inspired by the beautiful West Coast and spend our free time exploring the ocean and mountains in our backyard.

I have a background in engineering and in the Czech Republic I used to collaborate on designing and manufacturing assembly lines. I worked for several construction companies in North Vancouver and Squamish but my lifelong passion to be creative inspired me to start my own company. I have always enjoyed creating, building, renovating, and tinkering so Fresh Ascent Renovations was a natural next step.

I believe in honesty and I strive for excellence in everything I do. Attention to detail is the core of my work.

The company name and a logo were inspired by the local vibe and the motto of always moving upward, to a higher level.
