Friends of Pendills Creek Hatchery (FPCH) is a non profit citizen's organization dedicated to conserving fishery resources of the Great Lake Ecosystem and to provide support for activities conducted by the US Fish & Wildlife Service's Pendills and Sullivan Creek National Fish Hatchery complex.
Each year, FPCH holds a Kids Fishing Day; in efforts to get kids outdoors.
FPCH has been working with local schools to educate students about our local fish hatcheries, conservation, the environment, and the outdoors. Students come to visit the facilities and have had opportunities to enter in essay contests and/or coloring contests for a chance to win a rod and reel.
