We provide fresh never frozen foods. You do however have the option to freeze if you order larger quantities.

Personally I struggled after having children to lose weight. I tried every fad diet, shakes, detox, juicing. Nothing ever worked long term. Through a year of research I stumbled upon clean eating. I made it my lifestyle and created my version of delicious, satisfying recipes. In less then a year I was down 65lbs and counting. I feel healthy and energetic.
