Garlic is everywhere, including in dessert! Four garlicky soups served with multi-grain whole wheat foccacia are available daily.
Favorites include the curry sweet potato and potato and roasted onion with dill; also popular are whole wheat baked pita chips with a smoky garbanzo dip or fresh salsa.
The garlic chocolate chip cookies, and the garlic fudge brownies (plain or served in phyllo topped with ice-cream)are favorites for those with a sweet tooth.
