Gas City Crossfit is a “strength and endurance-based” approach to fitness training that people from all ages and fitness levels can participate in. The WODS (Work out of the Day) are constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement, with the stated goal of improving fitness (and therefore general physical preparedness), which it defines as "work capacity across broad time and modal domains."
