It’s time to change the demotivating actions that lead to failed goals by joining a 4 part series on Successful Transitions. By the end of this 4 topic series, you will have a snapshot of your current and future time schedule and money habits, your motivational level, and an achievable plan to reach your top THREE 90 day, 365 day and 1000 day goals.
There will be assignments and two 30 minute check-ins with your coach.
The 4 topics include :
Part 1 – Time management for busy people.
a) What is your current schedule like?
b) What are your daily habits?
c) What are your weekly, monthly and yearly rhythms?
d) What would your like your schedule to be in 3 months time. (start of Sept)
Part 2 – Money habits – 4 reasons why most people don’t become wealthy but YOU can!!!
a) Files in your head
b) money personalities
c) the 10%/10%/10% rule
d) Think in percentages
Part 3 – Internal and external motivational factors- what is helping or hindering your progress?
a) Internal factors including attitude, confidence, anxiety, and developmental age and stage
b) External factors including significant others, feedback, rewards/punishment, learning environment, education system, cultural background
Part 4 – How athletes set and achieve world class goals; and you can too!!!
a) What 3 areas will you set goals in? Spiritual, Relationships, Finance, Health, Mental, Education, Career.
b) 7 steps when writing down goals including, specific, actionable steps, listing benefits and obstacles, skills and knowledge you have or will need, who will support you, and your completion dates.
