Workout sessions can be booked online at your convenience.

Pilates Playdates are session with your instructor where children (yours and/or the instructors) are welcome to attend and play nearby (may require minimal supervision or assistance).

Should you prefer a Private Pilates session with absolute one-on-one attention please contact us for details and an alternate fee schedule.
