Rebalance (Fill) Prices

***I do not "fill" other Nail Technician's work. Your first appointment with me will either be a removal and full set or a full set based on the amount of work required to prep the nails for my product***

Basic Rebalance (Fill) - $50 (Includes ONE color)
Complete Nail Art Rebalance (Fill) - $60 (Includes ALL nail art*not including Swarovski & Deluxe Embellishments)

*Any appointment booked over 5 weeks from initial full set or prior fill are no longer considered a "fill" and will be charged full set price*
*Over 5 nail fixes at time of fill is no longer considered a fill and will be charged full set price*

**Prices may vary depending on the amount of time and product needed to complete the design. Including such variables as the length of the nails, design choice, amount of product being applied and amount of fixes needed to complete the design**

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY:

NEW CLIENTS will need to book with a MINIMUM of 2.5 hours for appointment time. Extensive nail art and other factors (ie. Removal of another nail techs gels, etc...) will require more time. Please discuss when booking first appointment.

I am always learning new nail art techniques and I always have something new to offer my clients and pride myself on the sanitization practices I have in place to protect both my client and me.
*Every client gets there own file, buffer and dusting brush for use each time they come to me. This eliminates re-use of implements on multiple clients. Each time you come to see me you will see YOUR implements come out of the box with your name on it and then go back at the end of your appointment.
*Implements and tools have been properly sanitized prior to each service

Appointments are booked around my daily/weekly schedule which changes week to week therefore I do not have specific daily hours. In order to book an appointment with me, please contact me with type of appointment you are wanting (ie, extent of nail art, weather you already have gel nails from another nail tech, etc...) and I will give you a few available appointments to choose from!

POLICIES

NO SHOW POLICY:
I will NOT rebook any clients that are a no show to their scheduled appointment. No showing to an appointment is a complete lack of respect for my business and me and I will not tolerate it.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
I require 24 hours notice to cancel any existing appointment. Failure to do so will result in a last minute cancelation fee of half the price of the scheduled service, to be paid PRIOR to a new appointment being booked for you.

***Frequent rescheduling or cancelling appointments, may require a non-refundable advance payment for service, before a future appointment will be made***

LATE POLICY:
Appointments are booked in a time sensitive manor. Therefore, late arrivals of more than 10 minutes, may be subject to a modification of service in order to remain on schedule. In some cases a new appointment will have to be scheduled for you and a fee of half the price of scheduled service will have to be paid prior to a new appointment being booked.

**I expect all my clients to be ON TIME for their appointments, it would be preferable to strive to be at least 5 minutes early to ensure your appointment will not start late. This is in respect to both my time as well as clients showing up after you.

NO CHILDREN POLICY:
My nail studio is a grown up zone and is not an appropriate place to bring children. My studio is equipped with chemicals, expensive equipment and small objects that are not appropriate for youngsters to be around. Young minds are easily distracted and you nor I can relax if we are accommodating your child. Please make alternate arrangements for your child and do not bring them to your scheduled appointment.

NO SICK PEOPLE POLICY:
If you have a contagious illness, please, don't come in. This includes anything as "small" as a cold or flu. Just call and we can reschedule. It happens. But unfortunately this is my job and if you are contagious that means I can become sick and then I have to reschedule future appointments which means I lose my income.

CELL PHONE POLICY:
Please keep cell phone usage to a minimum. I understand life gets busy and its hard to put your cell phone down for a few hours and there will be a few points in a nail service with me where you can get those last few texts in before we really get down to business but for the most part when I am busy making your nails beautiful there is little to no time for a cell phone break.

NO FOOD POLICY:
Please do not eat food while I am doing your nails. It's inconsiderate and frankly, really grosses me out. It is also is very annoying to have to wipe sauce and crumbs off your fingers when I get your hand back. You are more than welcome to bring your own drink or let me know if you would like a drink from our complimentary coffee and tea bar.

I do my very best to be understanding of personal issues or situations that arise. However, my business is my source of income and failure to comply with my policies results in lost income and lost time on my part, which is the reason I have implemented these policies. I do not have these policies in place to be mean, rude or non-understanding of personal issues. Please respect my business and me by obeying the policies I have in place ♥
