At Go Figure, "personal coaching" means exactly that - PERSONAL. We are committed to providing the right program for you to reach your health, fitness and lifestyle goals. You can choose to work with a trainer one-to-one; with a friend; with a group or you can pair up with other clients. Our results-oriented workouts are dynamic, fun, functional and are designed based on your goals. All sessions are 60 minutes and will include a variety of resistance, cardiovascular, agility, balance, core and flexibility exercises.
