Marty Gobin - is internationally trained in law. He received his initial Paralegal Certificate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He then obtained a Bachelor of Science degree which included studies in criminal justice and commercial law from Excelsior College in New York, and a law degree with honours from the University of London, England in 2013.
Subsequently, Marty obtained a Paralegal Graduate Certificate from Durham College and an Immigration Consultant Certificate with honours from Humber College, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Canon Law from the University of Ottawa. He is currently a candidate for a Master of Laws degree in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School.

Olga Leyenson - has been a paralegal since 2001, and received her paralegal licence in 2008 after Ontario implemented a regulatory scheme to govern paralegals. Initially, she represented clients in resolving motor vehicle insurance-related claims under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule.
Olga worked for a law firm from 2007 to 2012, acting as a managing partner between 2008 and 2011. There, she focused on personal injury claims and civil litigation generally. Additionally, she managed and trained new support staff, and provided litigation support to senior lawyers.
From 2013 until the formation of Gobin & Leyenson LLP in 2017, Olga was the managing director of Pixie Paralegal Services Professional Corporation, which focused on civil litigation, including Repair and Storage Liens Act claims, breach of contract, and tort claims, as well as administrative law with a focus on issues before the Landlord and Tenant Board. Olga has also presented a Continuing Professional Development seminar accredited by The Law Society of Upper Canada at Durham College.
Olga is fluent in English and Russian.
