This all-season destination provides an inviting, all-inclusive home which boasts panoramic views of alluring lake and mesmerizing mountains. Sun adorns the dock from dawn to dusk, while mature eagles keep their watch from pines above. Look out wide bay windows at Mt. Aerosmith, whimsical sailboats, lightning storms, or the historic Mars water bomber that finds its home directly across the lake (as does the provincial park and the ancient native petro glyphs). Plane aficionados can get treated to up-close shows from this impressive vessel as it flies in drill or to aid in a real fire.

Inside the main level, a full-standing gas surround fireplace welcomes everyone to the cozy living room (complete with new leather couch and loveseat and a soft leather rocking chair) or the fully-equipped, spacious and warm kitchen (no need to bring the coffee maker!). All invite you to enjoy long conversation, a good book, or a cup of tea.

A large dining room table stands close by as well, waiting for family and friends to sit around it deep into the night and regale the day’s tales. Savory memories and meals are yours to create! A new BBQ is just a step away on the expansive, adjoining deck which overlooks the lawn and lake—a great place to have morning coffee, take in a pink sunset, or get lost counting the prolific stars against the blackened sky.

After hours of connection or reflection, one can tuck into a plush queen-sized bed on the main floor: the Dock Side Room. Leave it to the overly large bath with two sinks, a shower, a toilet, and soaker tub right across from this room to ready you for a wonderful night’s sleep.

Upstairs, the Garden Room and the Lake View Room both afford beautiful queen beds as well, complete with their own ensuite bathrooms. Highboy dressers and large closets allow for ample storage, helping you feel all moved in and at home.

The master bedroom, also on the upper floor, is generous in its layout, boasting three full windows and an arm-sweeping view of the wonders of Sproat—which can be taken in while tucked under the puffy, king-size duvet. Added to the full dresser and nightstand storage is a large walk-in closet (almost big enough to be another bedroom!). Electric fireplace adds atmosphere, while the six-piece ensuite bath—complete with a Jacuzzi tub with the best views in the house—is the crown of this king’s suite. Whether it serves as a honeymoon suite or a reflective retreat, the bright, big room will instantly spoil you.

In the morning after a deep night’s rest, don’t forget that the peaceful breakfast nook with counter-height stools and table can be the perfect way to enjoy breakfast before heading to the wharf for water fun.

If you staying downstairs in the full suite on the first floor, you’ll get to the dock first as it is only steps away. This light, bright, hip suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook, 1.5 baths, a sitting room, a living room with wood stove, and a queen bedroom. The broad view from multiple bay windows typically draw oohs and aahs and a scramble for bathing suits!

Approximately 80’ of private beachfront calls all rock skippers and swimmers to whittle away the day there, even though the six-person floating island with kiddy pool attached may have a stronger allure…at least to those pirate want-to-bes!

If you’re a skier or sun tanner, wake boarder or surfer, you can await your adventure on the 26’ X 16’ wharf (boat slip 19’ x 8’). Of course, a laundry room with full washer/dryer is off the kitchen on the main floor should your jaunts along the many running or biking trails spur you to adventure…or your swimsuit need drying!
