Graham Jenner, Criminal Lawyer

Graham’s extensive legal experience has taught him that the harder you work and the more you commit yourself, the better the outcome. He embodies this principle in every one of his clients’ cases, regardless of size and scope. He approaches each case strategically, and cleverly navigates his way around legal nuances in order to earn the best possible results. By understanding the more complex and detailed aspects of criminal law, from evolving Charter rights to the intricacies of impaired driving law, Graham is able to offer his clients something others don’t: truly strategic counsel.

Making Timmins his home, Graham pursued his law degree and early legal career in Toronto. Graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, Graham clerked at the Ontario Court of Appeal, and was called to the Bar before working at a leading Toronto criminal defence firm. Graham regularly lectures at Osgoode Hall Law School where he serves as an Adjunct Professor.
