A retreat at Grail Springs Wellness Centre addresses the 'whole being', with the understanding that we are made up of four bodies; mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Connecting with the four elements of earth, water, fire and air, brings us the often needed medicine, healing and rejuvenation we seek. The answer can be simple, and our transformation can happen quickly.

Beginning with a cleanse from the inside out, we flush toxins and stress, preparing the body to be nourished with nutritionally rich plant-based menus and juices, and body treatments saturated in minerals such as Austrian Moor Mud and Canadian Pacific Seaweed. We are dedicated to sharing new and old ideas, proven methods that heal, such as mindfulness meditation, energy therapies, crystal light, sound healing, simple mantras or guidance that can change our perspectives of life just when we need it. As we know, "timing is everything".

All-inclusive stays are designed to be affordable and available from 2-21-nights, (5-nights is most ideal - the longer you stay the more you save and the more one benefits from our programming). Enjoy healthy vegetarian meals based on The Alkaline Diet, cooking demos and nutrition talks, evening guest speakers, daily yoga and meditation, outdoor activities such as hiking, equine wisdom, canoeing, labyrinth walks and even some sacred teepee time.
