Grain Bowl

1. Pick your grains (rice, quinoa, barley, etc.)

2. Pick 3 Veggies (Honey Bourbon Roasted Carrots, Cajun Red Beans, Charred Brussel Sprouts, Sauteed Spinach with Garlic, etc.)

3. Add a Protein if you want (grilled chicken breast, turkey meatballs, grilled steak)

4. Top with a sauce (Greek Tzatziki, Mexican Chipotle Crema, Italian Basil Pesto, etc.)
