Gridline Screw Pile offers a quicker, cleaner replacements for concrete foundations.

Screw piles are essentially a post with a helical blade welded to it that is screwed in to the ground by our excavator using a hydraulic auger attachment. We monitor the psi during the installation to make sure the post will support the load, and make sure the blade is down 4' to insure it is below frost. We can then detach from the post and it's ready to be built upon. No wait, and no mess!
