GSS Elections

The Graduate Student Society (GSS) is the independent voice of UBC's graduate students.

The GSS represents and advocates on behalf of all UBC graduate students to the University, the Government, and the public and provides academic, professional, social, and recreational services to graduate students. The society also acts as steward of the Thea Koerner House Graduate Student Centre on campus.

The elections are to choose the 2014-2015 Executive Team.

This team is composed of the President, the Vice-President Academic and External Relations, the Vice-President Services, the Vice-President Finances, the Vice-President Administration, as well as two graduate student representatives to the UBC-Vancouver Senate.

The Executives lead the Graduate Student Society and becoming one is a very effective way to make a positive difference in the UBC graduate school community and to develop as a leader.
