Guelph Osteopathy

Brendan Ireton-Paul developed and uses an approach to patient recovery called “Corrective or Osteopathic Fitness”. This method helps patients rebalance and restore injuries and dysfunctions to health, using Osteopathy as well as integrative and functional exercises and training methods. Injuries are strengthened and repaired while actively cooperating with the rest of the body, restoring optimal structure and function.
