We believe that both counselling and neurofeedback, used individually or in tandem, are powerful ways to experience and achieve a greater sense of self, emotional awareness, behavioural and thought management, as well as to deal with intra and interpersonal conflict.

We endeavour to be a place where clients feel safe, valued and heard. This is why it is our priority to build professional, genuine and healthy relationships with clients.

In order to do so, we use a trauma-informed approach to inform our policies and practices so that our work is aware and sensitive to the varied and widespread trauma histories that many clients may have experienced.
