Health and Harmony

My name is Debbie Smith, I was diagnosed with MS in 2007. I've tried many of the different medications, but never felt comfortable with any of them. So I decided to take matters into my own hands, and with the balance of still seeing my doctors and living healthy, I am doing very well.
I started doing Reiki in 2010, and continued to upgrade to my Master certificate. I also promote a line of vegan skincare and nutritional products.
I love my life and I want to live as well as possible, so by taking care of myself and sharing with others, my journey is just beginning.
