Welcome to the Healthy Hens of Muskoka!!

This one of a kind group is for the ladies only! This is the first group of it's kind, and I am so excited to start working with all the wonderful Muskoka Ladies! SmithFit Creators of Real Plans believes there are 5 key factors that must all be addressed when making healthy lifestyle changes. And plans to ensure we work on these 5 factors in every class.

4. Motivation, support, and encouragement
5. Physical Activity

Classes will be held Monday and Thursday nights:
Monday: 7pm-9pm **NO Drop Ins Monday Nights**
Please purchase your pass (single, Half Pass or All Access Pass) by or before the Saturday before the class you would like to join!
$20 Single Pass

Thursday: 7pm-9pm **Drop Ins WELCOME**

This group was meant to bring local community of ladies together to learn, be supported, get vital healthy education, and be supported and motivated to make healthier changes in their life. This group is for any ladies wanting to have the accountability and encouragement of a physical group, and who are looking to make lasting changes in their lives.

NOTE: This group is not meant to be a quick fix in any way. There is only one way to make healthy changes, and that's to eat whole, clean, REAL foods, learn about the science of nutrition and how your body SHOULD be running, and then having the support and motivation to take the time to build a plan that works for you through trial and error, over time, taking small steps to make great, long lasting successes!

Use this group to share your success, and your struggles. Participate by lifting someone up today. In return, you will find others will be cheering you on, too, I know I am! You came to this group with a goal and a reason specific to you...use this motivation, education and resource as a way to help keep you on track to your end goal!

RULES:
1. ABSOLUTELY NO BULLYING OF ANY KIND. This is a non-judgmental, safe, open group for ladies to share their stories, successes, what has and hasn't worked in the past, what obstacles you are facing, and a place where you can track your daily habits and be accountable. ZERO tolerance policy of bullying, shaming, or putting down in any way shape or form.

2. PARTICIPATE!! A LOT of time, and thought went into ensuring this group is packed full of value with tips, recipes, updates, challenges, check ins, and resources for bettering yourself through the 5 key concepts. Please comment, share, like, and participate in group activities, for the best results. We are all apart of the same team, and it has been scientifically proven, and physically proven, that people who have a strong, understanding support team have a higher chance of succeeding on their healthy journey. Who can't use a few extra new friends on their team rooting for them?

3. HAVE FUN WITH IT!! Did you have a blonde moment today? Are you doing the 7 Day Clean Eating Reset and experiencing symptoms you'd like to share? Are you frustrated? What do you need help with? At SmithFit Creators of Real Plans, we value your uniqueness, and we don't stop until we find a plan that works. This journey is about progress, not perfection, we take it one class at a time, one week at a time. Every person out there progresses at different speeds because there are SO many things going on in one specific body, it would be impossible to find a "one size fits all" template that suits everyone!
