Hours: Mon-Friday 7am-10pm, kitchen opens at 11am. Sat 11am-10pm.

We aim to promote healthy, holistic and sustainable lifestyles in the Brantford community through wholesome food, quality retail products and access to active living.

We cater to many types of diets: gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free, raw, vegetarian, vegan ... Take a look at our menu, and if you have any questions, just ask!

Something that makes us truly unique is that we are mainly volunteer run! We have people from all over the world who are passionate about our mission stop by for a short time to help serve the Brantford community. Hop on in to meet our current team!
