Home Health services help adults and seniors clients who are recovering after a hospital or facility stay, or need additional support to remain safely at home and avoid unnecessary hospitalization. These rehabilitative, therapeutic, and assistive home health care.

Personal Care Assistant assist the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities with daily living activities at the person's home or in a care facility. Their responsibilities may include housekeeping (making beds, doing laundry, washing dishes) and preparing meals in addition to personal care such as bathing and dressing. They may also assist with transportation to and from physician offices and routine errands.

Home Health Care provide routine individualized healthcare similar to the Personal Care Aides mentioned above; however, the home health aide has received approved training so they are able to recognize any undesirable signs and symptoms in patients and report them immediately.
