Honoring the anniversary of the 1920 Marion International Motorcycle Race where the first Harley victory lap with a live hog took place; the team became known as "The Hog Boys"; eventually leading to the term "hog." Hog Daze is now hosted and run by the Indiana Motorcycle Preservation Society. The Indiana Motorcycle Preservation Society is a Grant County based 501 c3 not for profit organization dedicated to preserving Indiana motorcycle history and helping local children's charities.
