Illinois Wine and Art Festival

Beautiful Rend Lake is located in southern Illinois near the town of Whittington. The area is rich in talented artisans and home to many wonderful wineries. The Illinois Wine & Art Festival is a showcase weekend for thousands of people to sample wines from each vineyard and to shop the many vendors displaying their various arts. Many artisans will be demonstrating their talents.

The Illinois Wine & Art Festival has been a favorite weekend for wine, art, and music enthusiasts for 15 years. In 2014, a non-profit corporation was formed for the continued promotion and production of the festival that had in years past been sponsored by the State of Illinois.

There will be many, many wonderful wineries providing tasting samples, as many as 100 artisan vendors with a wide variety of fine crafts, several local eateries offering delicious food, and live music performed on stage for your listening and dancing pleasure.
