About Rupinder

Rupinder Pal Singh born in Punjab, India. (Social Documentary Photographer/ Independent Filmmaker)
He is motivated by nature to explore the world with his camera and share his experiences through photography and filmmaking.
He made his first short Punjabi film (based on Lu Xun’s story "Madman’s Dairy") BALWA in bachelors as a project and which was nominated several times for the International short film in festivals around world (India, Nepal, Canada, USA, Australia). Since then he directed many commercials, short films and documentaries. He spent lot of my time exploring world, meeting interesting people, and experiencing different cultures and spent a lot of time in Nepal where he completed Chepang 9.0 series. He did his Masters Degree in TV & Film Production.
In 2014 he moved to Fort McMurray, Canada, where he lives until now and worked with Fargo season 2, volunteering for Wood Buffalo Summer Games 2015 as Photojournalist & Co Chair of Photography, also work/volunteering with Macdonald Island Art, Culture & Dance Academy.
