With over 6000 Sq. feet the gym is equipped with everything from boxing equipment to treadmills and weights. We service many people of all fitness levels and age groups. Offering exceptional conditioning classes, cross training, private training and experienced coaching in competitive amateur & professional boxing. Our rates are affordable and we have no contracts.
