Independent Learning Centre (ILC)

Welcome to the ILC Facebook page! We are delighted to have the ability to connect with our student community through this page, and for you to have the opportunity to connect and communicate with other ILC students.

You can use our Facebook page to post questions that you may want to ask to our Learner Services Team. We also monitor the page and delete any posts that we determine to be inappropriate. To ensure that your post is not removed, please try to ask questions that are specific and relevant to the ILC. If you require assistance with your schoolwork, we encourage you to use our teacher@tvo.org email. Posts offering unauthorized tutoring will be removed immediately.

All conversations pertaining to a question must be posted publicly so that we can monitor it, and also so others who may have similar questions can benefit from the conversation.

Examples of unacceptable posts:

“Please message me the solution to Key Question [X], Unit [X], Lesson [X]”.

“I have just finished MCR3U-C. If anyone needs any help, message me!”

Repeat offences will result in actions from the ILC that may affect your academic standing and results.
