Indian Yoga and Meditation Centre Inc. is a Registered Yoga School (RYS-200) with the Yoga Alliance, USA. Yoga practices taught and practiced at this studio meets the international standards. We are serving the community since 2003 with a vision to empower each and every person to experience the wholeness of a healthy body, the peace of a focused mind and the joy of the soul. We deeply honour and respect the principles of ancient yogic traditions.The participants discover their inner potential of peace, calmness and wisdom. Our studio offers variety of classes. These classes are conducted through the weekdays and weekends as per our schedule. All of our classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate levels. We provide these practices in a calm, spiritually charged, serene and caring environment. All of our teachers are well qualified,friendly, knowledgeable, certified and have undergone extensive teacher training programs.
