Some of our clients are: First Responders: Police, Fire, Ambulance, and Military. They will receive 15% cashback rebate on a sales transaction. Interested parties that want to receive the 15% cash back incentive will have to sign a Cashback Disclosure.

The Cash Back Incentive will NOT be offered on any applicable Relocation Listing.

Seniors (65+ years): Seniors that have signed a Buyer’s Brokerage Contract with Infinite Realty Service and are downsizing from single family dwelling will receive a reduced listing commission rate.

Estates & Probates: Infinite Realty Service caters to the needs of Executors and Beneficiaries while disposing of Estate Assets. The brokerage has a Conflict Resolution Plan that is mediated by the Broker. This service is extended to all agents of the brokerage should they list a home that is ‘subject to probate’.

FOR AGENTS THINKING OF JOINING OUR BROKERAGE:

Infinite Realty Service hires only experienced agents. Real estate professionals that are thinking of joining our brokerage must:
1. Be in real estate for a minimum of 2 years;
2. Have a minimum sales productivity from the past.
3. Meet certain real estate educational requirements.

Our Agents participate in a twenty (20) week Sales Training & Mentorship Program throughout the year. This program has been uniquely crafted for the agents of Infinite Realty Service.
