Inner Style: Presence of Heart

Are you, or do you know, a female youth grades 7-9 that is looking for a group to connect, learn, inspire, gain confidence or express themselves? Our NEW group is just that and more. Over the 4 weeks, we will be exploring the exact topics that are struggled with at this age within Chilliwack. Confidence, Self Esteem, Healthy Eating, Mindfulness, Conflict Management, Anxiety, Healthy Relationships and many more. Spots are limited so inquire today.

Vanessa and Kristy have collectively volunteered thousands of hours within the Chilliwack community and have previously ran numerous successful groups. This is a project of love for the both of us and hand crafted to meet the needs and problems facing Chilliwack's Youth.

When: Tuesday's and Thursday's (July 12th -August 4th) from 6:00 to 8:30
Location: Neighborhood Learning Center (attached to Chilliwack Secondary School)
Cost: $20.00 for all 8 session (works out to only $2.50/session)

This is a locally funded project with all funds acquired going directly back into the program.
