Kinesiology is the scientific study of the interrelation between the physiological, biomechanical, and anatomical processes of the human body with respect to movement. It is also an allied health profession that uses scientific principles and best practices to guide clients in their pursuit of physical and mental wellbeing.

With a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, personal training, and fascial stretching - I integrate this knowledge into client treatments to determine areas of improvement. Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a unique system of therapy & training that dramatically improves your flexibility by lengthening your fascia.

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds & invests all structures of the body. There problem is that fascia will thicken & shorten when any or your tissues are under stress from poor posture, lack of exercise, injury, surgery, disease or over-training.

While many therapies can help these conditions, only FST can completely treat inflexible fascia at the deepest level - your joint capsule. After we help make all of your layers of fascia become more pliable & hydrated them the joint range of motion, muscle strength and flexibility immediately improves making it easier for you to train and maintain.
