Involtini Ristorante

Hidden in a quiet corner of Oakridge, Involtini Ristorante is the inspiration of Tammie Thomson and Gerry Raffan.. With a combined restaurant experience of 60 plus years this trio serves up Italian cuisine with a twist. Tammie and Gerry have owned and operated restaurants in Canmore, Victoria and Calgary. Their last Calgary food adventures were Links Deli at the Crossroads Market and Milanos Restaurant on Sirocco Drive.

This 2009 co-owned venture combines a former mall restaurant with a takeout pizzeria to create Involtini Ristorante. Not just a catchy name, Involtini is an Italian creation of meat or fish, flattened, rolled around different ingredients, sauteed and finished with a rich sauce, of which we offer many varieties! These delights, as well as our menu and fresh daily features, take traditional Italian favorites and add an exciting and modern flair! The culinary expertise of Chef Jason Verhagen and Sous Chef Alex Godinez will intrigue and tantalize the most discriminating foodie with something innovative.
