Island Fusion

Island Fusion provides quality food at reasonable prices and offers local Manitoban products. The menu is simple, yet explosive with flavours. Caribbean food today is not what it used to be; traditionally Caribbean people eat spicy and comforting food. A blend of African, Amerindian, European, East Indian, Arab, Chinese and Latin with vegetables consisted of those native to the Caribbean islands.

Some of these concepts will be incorporated into the menu, but at the same time it will be modernized. Modernizing traditional Caribbean food is about creativity and using today’s technology and cookery to come up with a flare that is attractive and unique. The menu will take on concepts of the past traditions, and utilize local ingredients to create fresh and tasty dishes.
